Four Bedroom Houses with Lake Victoria Views for Rent in Kigo

Two new four bedroom semi-detached houses to rent in Kigo, just behind Lake Victoria Serena, each with a rooftop terrace that looks out over Lake Victoria. Take one fully furnished for a short stay, or unfurnished on a monthly lease.

The houses rise over several floors. You walk into a double height hall where an open staircase with glass balustrades climbs to galleried landings, and daylight comes in through tall windows on every side. The main rooms end in walls of glass that open onto balconies.

The finishes are clean and modern: timber effect floors upstairs, warm toned floor tiles below, decorative cut metal screens, and bathrooms in marble effect tiles with walk in glass showers, vessel basins and water heaters.

At the top, the roof terrace sits under a decorative pergola with a view across Kigo to the lake. It is the space you will use for morning coffee and evenings with friends.

Each house stands on 33 decimals. The rent is USD 150 per day furnished, or USD 2,000 per month unfurnished. Both are negotiable, and both houses are available.
