Questions people ask

Is there a broker fee?

Yes, one month rent for a long lease, prorated for shorter stays. It is disclosed upfront and included in the total you pay before you move in, not asked for later.

Can I pay rent in USD if I earn USD?

Yes, many of our listings quote in USD, especially furnished apartments and expat family homes. You choose the currency at the point of signing the lease.

Do I have to pay a whole year upfront?

No, most of our landlords accept six months or three months at signing, and quarterly renewals after that. A few insist on twelve, and we tell you which before you view.

What happens if the landlord will not return my deposit?

We keep the deposit paperwork on file. If a dispute happens after you leave, we mediate and can escalate to small claims with documented deductions only.

Can I rent from abroad before I fly back?

Yes. We host video viewings on WhatsApp, negotiate terms for you, and hold the property until you arrive. Diaspora clients are a large share of what we do.
